REALLY slow map downloads on MPC SUPER/SNIPER SERVER

On the MPC SUPER/SNIPER SERVER (IP: 75.102.38.102) I have lately (past moth or so) been experiencing REALLY slow map downloads. Normally very fast downloads have lately taken 20 minutes to an hour to complete. I have plenty of maps from the server, as it is a favorite, but it really is a pain if I want to play a map I have not played before. Is there a reason for this? I know it is NOT my Internet connection as other UT2004 servers do not have this problem. I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem and if anyone knew why it was happening? Is this to discourage new people on the server? Please, can someone give me an explanation? Thank you.

I can assure you it is not to discourage anyone from playing. I am sure when Cruce sees this he will look into it.More than likely it is a provider issue or the server just needs rebooting.

It has something to do with the redirect. I noticed it a couple weeks ago. I'm sure Cruse will fix it.

I hope to be back online playing in a couple of days. I had to save up for a new video card.
