A lot of people have asked me about it so I thought I should mention it here. First the question. Why does my download go to 100% then start over and goes to over 100% (200%+) really really slow? The most likely answer. The first part of the download (you may not even notice it) downloads from the redirect server. It then determines that the redirect file is either corrupted or is not the same version as the file on the game server; therefore, it starts downloading the uncompressed version of the file from the game server.
