Hi gang. Just got back from a Manchester area and Edinburgh work/holiday trip. Here are some pics as usual of the goings on. I was staying in a small town called MacMerry east of Edinburgh and so toured around East Lothian (like a county) as well as the city of Edinburgh. Sorry for the number of pics, but there were so many nice ones.

2. Great old pub in Manchester with my favourite beer on pull tap (beer is drawn by hand pump from the cellar)

Samuel Smith's is great beer. I prefer the Winter Welcome brew. I stockpile it like a squirrel does nuts, because you can't get it in the summer - plus it's got to be hid well to keep safe from guests. They get Miller Lite.
It's a tie between Chimay Blue for my favorite. A plus for Chimay is that you can buy it in a magnum, and it tastes even better that way.
