Yet another UT2004 mut request

I am on the look-out for a sniper rifle mut where you can adjust the zoom with the mouse wheel

Check out cyberhawk's IK-Stealk....IK = Immortal Knights
Its a zark rifle, but can easily be set to a sniper/camp rifle
