On Steam there is a game called RoboBlitz and i guess its one of the first games to use the new Unreal engine it was only 14 bucks so i grabbed it and heres some screens of the new editor:
All the brushes have a weird glow around them in the 3D port now
A shot of the new Kismet properties window sorta like a 2D cad viewport:
Some screens of the new Unreal ED
The file directory structure is completly different, when i tried to copy and paste a simple cube brush from 2k4's Ed to the new one it crashed. Haven't had much time to mess with it, been working on the Christmas map when i get the time.
You have to keep in mind though that this is a modified version of the engine that the final UT2007 will be using , but from what i've been reading thay are saying that UT2007 it is supposed to be backwards compatabile.
